Nearly a year ago I started juggling and I started by just throwing things about in my garden but as I improved I understood the benefits and what it is all about. So why should you juggle (you are probably thinking)?
It improves focus, determination, brain activity, dedication and relieves stress.
It is great for fitness and can burn up to about 600 calories an hour and helps to build muscle in the later stages.
It increases hand eye coordination so will help in other sports.
but most importantly, it is really good fun and can be done anywhere and anytime.
You have plenty time on your hands as it is the holidays.
So how should you start?
I can make tutorials but there is no point as there are so many great ones out there, "to get started, just search on youtube "how to juggle" and you should be able to within a week. Thats good but I want to help coach a group of you to do at least up to 5 objects so if you want to learn or increase your current ability then please comment below and then feel free to ask any questions to me when you get stuck and I shall answer them for you? or if you want a lot more guidance you can add me on facebook and I can add you to a great juggling forum with thousands of others of all abilities.
